A product is considered to be manufactured under a customer-specified customisation when it is ordered under a colour, upholstery, wood type or with a number of added functionalities, available within the range of product options. Exchanges, refunds or cancellations may not be carried out, except for those that have a manufacturing defect.
Note. For hygienic reasons, returns are not accepted on products such as pillows, duvet fillings and mattress toppers.
